Fish sauce 200ml
It is produced by salting small sea fish: anchovies, and then pressing them in wooden barrels. The resulting juice is just a fish sauce that is used in dips, vegetables, and flavor enhancement. The spice is widespread mainly in Southeast Asia. It has no artificial colors or preservatives.
How to open fish sauce?
In order to preserve the unique taste and aroma of the sauce for as long as possible, we put it in a glass bottle with a tightly closed cap. When opening it for the first time, it is enough to open the lid and use a knife to cut off the plastic fragment located in the center of the cap. Close the lid after use and refrigerate the sauce.
Application: The most popular addition to Thai and Chinese cuisine. Perfectly strengthens and complements the taste of dishes. It gives the dishes an original Asian character. A great substitute for salt.
